Shareholders

Since ISO 37000 (Governance Guide for Organizations) is the basis for the implementation and implementation of governance in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad has defined its stakeholders in two groups of members and reference as follows:

Member stakeholders are stakeholders who have legal obligations or have a defined right to make decisions through the governing body or a pillar to which the governing body is accountable. Governing bodies will be as accountable to member stakeholders for the results of the organization as they are for their own performance. Member stakeholders usually refer to and can include shareholders and members of the organization.

.Also, reference stakeholders are those stakeholders that the governing body has decided to respond to when making decisions based on the ultimate goal of the organization
